SOLUTIONS
INTEGRATION VS INCLUSION

Integration encourages marginalized people to adapt to the existing system, while inclusion transforms environments so that each individual feels valued and respected. Integration alone does not guarantee real and lasting inclusion.
For 15 years, LP4Y's solutions have enabled excluded young adults to develop the skills they need in order to find stable and decent employment. Thanks to an approach that combines guidance, training and support, each young adult develops autonomy and becomes an entrepreneur of their own life, while also acquiring the skills that are required by employers.
LP4Y TRAINING CENTERS

In Asia and the Middle East, LP4Y creates training centers where young adults design their life projects and develop professional and social skills through experience, enabling them to achieve full and sustainable integration.
On completion of these training programs, 73% of Youth find decent employment.

LITTLE ANGELS ACADEMY

Little Angels Academies (LAA) are daycares located within or near training centers. They welcome the children of young women participating in LP4Y training programs, allowing them to follow the training with peace of mind.
LAAs contribute to children’s education and development while raising family awareness on topics like hygiene, nutrition, health, safety, and child development.

To support the Little Angels Academies, you can send donations, specifying that your donation is for the Little Angels Academy program.
COMPREHENSIVE INCLUSION

To ensure sustainable Youth inclusion and to make young adults drivers of change, a holistic approach is necessary. LP4Y has chosen to enrich Youth training through an approach based on 3 transversal axes that are vital to comprehensive Youth inclusion:

WELLBEING
Encouraging physical activity, promoting a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle to foster physical and mental wellbeing

CITIZENSHIP
Becoming active and engaged members of society

ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Understanding environmental and climate issues, addressing the challenges of the ecological transition
