LP4Y ALLIANCE
Each national LP4Y entity is responsible for advancing LP4Y’s three main missions – ACCOMPANY, CAMPAIGN, ENGAGE – by conducting projects that address local challenges and contribute to the global goals of the LP4Y movement.
COLLECTIVE INNOVATION FOR A SUSTAINABLE CHANGE
The LP4Y movement draws its strength from collective action:
Leveraging the commitment of diverse partners to fight global poverty through Youth empowerment.
Since its creation,
more than 700 Catalysts actively refined the organization's model through knowledge sharing and impact analysis.
Youth Inclusion International Forums (YIIF) events serve as platforms for collective reflection, enabling stakeholders to co-create future strategies.
LP4Y created several initiatives to bring together various Inclusion actors such as the Youth 4 Change Network and the Youth Inclusion Network.
THE CATALYST EFFECT
Being a Catalyst with LP4Y means driving transformative change. Professionals volunteering with LP4Y are called Catalysts, in recognition of their catalytic impact, accelerating or initiating a chain reaction.
LP4Y believes the impact of Catalysts extends beyond their work with mentored Youth:

THE STRENGTH OF THE LOCAL NETWORK
LP4Y operates locally, working closely with excluded Youth, who are the primary change agents.
The organization relies on the legitimacy of its local entities, built on well-defined principles of nonprofit, non-religious, and non-political commitment.
Through strategic partnerships with hundreds of organizations, local governments, and civil society networks, LP4Y facilitates Youth integration into broader networks.
FUNDING SOURCES
& RESOURCE ALLOCATION
The coordinated efforts led by the Partnership & Fundraising team facilitate the development of strategic partnerships with individuals, companies, foundations and public institutions that fund LP4Y actions. Catalysts and volunteers develop fund management tools, which improve traceability and facilitate effective resource allocation.
