Each LP4Y entity is registered locally and managed independently by its local team, following shared guidelines.
With strong expertise in finance, business management, philanthropy, process engineering, and change management, the board members of LP4Y Alliance entities and their project teams provide operational support in team coordination, operations management, partnerships, advocacy and fundraising events, human resources, and talent development.
THE TEAM

THE POTENTIEL OF THE YOUTH AT THE HEART OF LP4Y'S INITIATIVE
LP4Y believes that all Youth have immense potential. Through tailored support, they develop an entrepreneurial spirit and become active participants in their lives, contributing to a more inclusive, sustainable, and prosperous world.

Each year:
-
Raise awareness among 2,000 leaders – Business Executives, Civil Society Organizations, Governments – to exchange and implement solutions for the sustainable employment of marginalized Youth.
-
Engage the public to ensure that extreme poverty and Youth exclusion are seen as injustices to be fought rather than inevitabilities.

ENGAGE
Each year:
-
Convince 100 organizations – Corporates, Civil Society Organizations, and Governments – to fight exclusion through sustainable solutions for decent employment.
-
Train and provide tools to 5,000 individuals from these organizations to engage in concrete actions for the sustainable inclusion of the most vulnerable Youth.
LP4Y'S 3 MISSIONS

When we simultaneously develop these three LP4Y missions within the same ecosystem, our experience shows a measurable increase in the sustainable inclusion of marginalized Youth and their communities.

LP4Y'S THEORY OF
CHANGE
LP4Y's Theory of Change explains how the actions of LP4Y teams should achieve the goals of complete inclusion for the most marginalized Youth.

Excluded young people aspire to decent employment and wish to develop their skills to do so, supported by an involved ecosystem.
LP4Y is recognized as a UN expert on Youth inclusion. Ready to act, organizations and individuals understand the value of excluded Youth in the labor market.
LP4Y mobilizes people around a common cause. Organizations engage by being more inclusive, innovative and speaking out on the subject.

FROM THE SLUMS TO
THE UNITED NATIONS
Today, hundreds of organizations actively support LP4Y initiatives. Since 2020, LP4Y has held Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), strengthening its expertise and legitimacy to represent excluded Youth.
Thanks to its dynamic team in New York, LP4Y:
-
Organizes and participates in events and expert panels
-
Advocates for access to decent living conditions for the most vulnerable young people, particularly young women, at UN events
-
Shares practical solutions to connect statements to concrete, meaningful and effective actions
-
Provides opportunities for vulnerable Youth to share their perspectives with UN officials and Member State representatives
