LP4Y specializes in the development of innovative solutions for the social and professional inclusion of excluded Young adults from extreme poverty. In the field, LP4Y creates training centers in which the Youth build their life projects and develop, through experience, the professional hard and soft skills that will allow them to achieve sustainable integration.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT CENTER
LIFE PROJECT CENTER

PEDAGOGICAL PROGRAM FOR URBAN POVERTY ZONES

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT CENTER (TDC)

  • 6 month | 5 days / week

  • 2 to 3 teams of 17 Youth |1 coach per team

  • Batch and mentoring system

  • MEI serving the local community

  • Per center : 72  to 108 Youth supported each year

LIFE PROJECT CENTER (LPC)

  • 9 month | 5 days / week

  • 2 to 3 teams of 17 Youth |1 coach per team

  • Per center : 34 to 51 Youth supported each year

TDC LPC

GREEN VILLAGES

PEDAGOGICAL PROGRAM ADAPTED FOR YOUTH IN RURAL AREAS

  • Residential 3 month | 6 days / week

  • 3 teams of 20 Youth in rotation each month| 1 coach per team | Batch and mentoring system

  • 240 Youth supported each year

  • 5 MEIs in the circular economy : Bank, Restaurant, Community Cyber Café, Events, Construction & Sustainable Developpement.

LITTLE ANGEL ACADEMIES

NURSERIES SETTLED IN THE CENTERS, WELCOMING THE CHILDREN OF THE YOUNG MOTHERS

They allow the Young mothers to concentrate on the program full-time by guaranteeing a healthy environment for their children. LAAs provide the ideal setting for children’s well-being and development. 

Their mission is articulated around 3 main axes:

  1. Welcoming the children of excluded young parents

  2. Contributing to the education and development of children

  3. Advising and accompanying families (hygiene, nutrition, health, safety and child development)

A PLATFORM FOR PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION

Through its Digital Inc. platform, and thanks to dedicated equipment, LP4Y offers to the Youth access and digital training, enabling them to acquire key skills necessary for their employability

ACCESS TO QUALITY EQUIPMENT

Installation of a room equipped with computers in each LP4Y center

DIGITAL IDENTITY FOR ALL

Creation of a professional email address for each Youth and access to collaborative tools

ONLINE LEARNING AND CAREER MANAGEMENT

Evolving profile, online training modules and job offer platform
