PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR ENTREPRENEURS

LP4Y specializes in the development of innovative solutions for the social and professional inclusion of excluded young adults who are victims of extreme poverty. In the field, LP4Y creates training centers in which young people build their life project and develop, through experience, the life skills and professional know-how necessary for their sustainable integration.

MICRO-ECONOMIC INITIATIVE

The Youth are organized into project teams and develop a local activity. This experiential learning provides them with their first positive professional experience. In 2020, with the Training & Development Center pedagogy and the Green Villages, the MEIs are opening up to the community to meet the needs identified by a preliminary study conducted by the Youth that addresses the lack of access to basic infrastructure.

This percentage represents the number of Youth integrated in 2020, most of whom were trained in 2019. This number, lower the 2019 one, illustrates the motivation and ability of many Young people to integrate despite a more than difficult context (loss of employment, suspension of several programs, etc.). Catalysts and partners are mobilized to support the professional integration of young people in 2021, including those who should have been integrated in 2020.
