PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR ENTREPRENEURS
LP4Y specializes in the development of innovative solutions for the social and professional inclusion of excluded young adults who are victims of extreme poverty. In the field, LP4Y creates training centers in which young people build their life project and develop, through experience, the life skills and professional know-how necessary for their sustainable integration.
EDUCATIONAL TOOLS
MICRO-ECONOMIC INITIATIVE
The Youth are organized into project teams and develop a local activity. This experiential learning provides them with their first positive professional experience. In 2020, with the Training & Development Center pedagogy and the Green Villages, the MEIs are opening up to the community to meet the needs identified by a preliminary study conducted by the Youth that addresses the lack of access to basic infrastructure.
PROFESSIONAL EXPOSURE
The Youth come into contact with the professional world through company visits, discovery, internships, thematic training, presentations by professionals from different business sectors, job interview simulations.
LIFE PROJECT MONEY
Weekly allowance paid to the Youth allowing them to focus on training and make savings essential to their professional integration. With LPM, the Youth learn to budget, to manage their finances over the long term and thus gain financial independence.
