85% of tomorrow's jobs do not exist today (Dell and Institute for the Future, 2017) and the role of new technologies is an undeniable accelerator in the process of sustainable social and professional inclusion of young people.
For 10 years now, LP4Y has been preparing young adults for these changes by integrating digital technology into educational programs in three ways:

Digital Inc. (Inc for Inclusion) is an interactive, collaborative e-learning and networking platform - integrating digital technology - for the educational programs. Digital Inc. was created with the partnership of 360 Learning initiated by Eric Barritault - former LP4Y volunteer in India. They provide a customizable digital platform.

This collaborative space offers:

 

  • Online training workshops with skills certification: Youth are empowered beyond the center and can assess their progress and get certified. They develop their professional and soft skills and build their life project plans

  • Professional integration (from September 2021): The Stars, the Alumni’s of the program can manage their career and foster their opportunities (job descriptions, best practices). They can share best practices, experiences and job/internship opportunities to other Stars and the Youth of the program.)

  • A network as it facilitates connections between young victims of exclusion, the LP4Y ecosystem, and particularly actors from the corporate world, thanks to the professional exposure, chat & networking: Youth are connected with the international professional world. Partners can communicate with the Youth, participate in their training and enter the network of LP4Y ecosystem from all over the world with testimonies, business-oriented skills training or mock interviews sessions.

« Bien que ça n'en ait pas l’air, la création de contenu à des fins éducatives est en fait un défi de taille, car on doit vraiment comprendre ce que l’on sait.Et une fois qu’on sait ce que l’on sait, on doit réfléchir à la manière dont on va le transmettre à d'autres personnes.C'est donc un grand défi que j'ai relevé et qui m'a beaucoup aidé à évoluer sur le plan professionnel et personnel. Sur le plan personnel, par une meilleure connaissance de moi-même et sur le plan professionnel, par une meilleure connaissance de mes compétences. Selon moi, créer ce contenu éducatif pour les gens du monde entier, pour les Jeunes du monde entier, n'a pas de prix. C'est tout simplement incroyable de pouvoir faire cela et de voir l'impact presque immédiatement en parlant aux Jeunes et en interagissant avec l'équipe LP4Y. De voir différentes perspectives du monde, de comprendre comment les choses fonctionnent dans différents endroits n'a pas de prix."
