 LP4Y DIGITAL

85% of tomorrow's jobs do not exist today (Dell and Institute for the Future, 2017) and the role of new technologies is an undeniable accelerator in the process of sustainable social and professional inclusion of young people.
For 10 years now, LP4Y has been preparing young adults for these changes by integrating digital technology into educational programs in three ways:

"Working in such an exciting project as Digital Inc. confirms the importance of digital in the professional inclusion of young people. By developing this innovative solution, we enable an entire ecosystem to be interconnected. Our main challenge with Digital Inc. is to make the platform an efficient collaborative tool. In the near future, we hope to reach more young people who are socially and professionally excluded thanks to this platform.»

“Although it might not seem like it, creating content for educational purposes is actually a big challenge because you really need to understand what you know. And once you know what you know you actually need to think about how you will transmit that to other people.
So it has been a great challenge that I had and it helps me a lot to grow both professionally and personally. Personally by knowing myself better and professionally by knowing my skills way better. That being said, for me creating this educational content for people all over the world, for Youth all over the world has no price. It is just amazing to be able to do that and to see the impact almost right away by talking to the Youth and interacting with the LP4Y team. To get to see different perspectives of the world, to understand how things work around different places is just priceless.”
