LP4Y is committed to transparency and impact measurement to keep track of needs, activities and areas for improvement as operational progress is made. Since the end of 2019, the entire organization has implemented more quantitative and qualitative measurement indicators in order to achieve a global vision of its impact on all players in the LP4Y movement: Youth supported, local communities and partners involved in the ecosystem.
COUNTRIES OF ACTION
The entities of the LP4Y Alliance are present in England, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, United States, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Vietnam, Lebanon, Bangladesh.
LIFE PROJECT CENTERS
An LPC is located close to or in urban areas of extreme poverty. Excluded Youth attend a program to accompany them to the decent professional world.
PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION RESULTS
YOUTH IN PROGRAMS
Youth in training in the Life Project Centers
and the Green Villages.
Youth who have completed training and shown their ability to find and keep a job, or find a new job if they lose the first one. They are invited to join the Stars Club, the LP4Y alumni network.
This percentage represents the number of Youth integrated in 2019, most of whom carried out their training in 2018.
The remaining 25% represent Youth who are actively looking for work and Youth who left before completing the training.
