AN INTEGRATION ECOSYSTEM
One of LP4Y’s fundamental principles is the integration of Youth, achieved with the support of all parties involved. Over the past 10 years a solid ecosystem has been developing all over the world.

The STARS Club is the LP4Y alumni network, whose goal is to lead and inspire the Young LP4Y graduates, as well as the current Youth enrolled in the programs, through sharing, support and mutual aid. They are true ambassadors, finding a multitude of ways to get involved.
Helping organize and attending the various major LP4Y events such as Entrepreneurs’ Day, dinners or other Stars Club activities, graduation ceremonies for Youth completing the programs …
Actively supporting the Youth currently enrolled in the program. They come to the Centers from time to time (sharing experiences, training, advice) and help each other in their professional insertion by sharing information about job and internship opportunities.

In 2019 there are 110 catalysts supporting the Youth in the field every day.
They sign up for 1, 2 or 3 years, and sometimes more.
During their mission they are provided with accommodation and a monthly allowance, and are reimbursed for any mission-related expenses.
+ 200 partners
Partners play a role in Youth insertion into a decent world: they provide financial support for the programs, get involved with training for the Youth, accompany the development of the MEI (Micro-Economic Initiatives) and invite the Youth to their companies.
13 countries in the alliance
The Alliance is an international movement of autonomous local organizations which guides, supervises and authorizes the creation of new LP4Y organizations. The LP4Y Alliance is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of representatives from each country. Donors are eligible for tax deductions according to tax laws applicable in their country.

26 life project centers & green villages
Life Project Centers, set up near slum areas, offer the right conditions for the social and professional development of Young People. Each LPC houses one or more programs, bearing in mind that each program involves 15 to 20 Youth working on a micro-economic initiative (MEI). In all, 52 programs operate out of the 23 LPCs.
There are 3 Green Villages in the Philippines, in India and in Vietnam. The Green Villages are designed for Youth living in rural and inaccessible zones, who follow a specially adapted program: an intensive residential program, an ecological model, a training center for trainers …
